This is me, the author of this blog, riding one of our carriage horses, Gillette. After a quiet day with family, we decided we should enjoy ourselves in the saddle a bit (for a change). We don't get the chance to ride much anymore, but I think we are going to remedy that! Gillette is 19 years old and I have known this horse his entire life. I love him very, very much.
Norman is the same today - we will call the vet on Monday to evaluate him - after that we will make our decision as to what is best for HIM.
